Module V. Quality assurance in HL

The aim of the module is to assess and enhance the effectiveness of hybrid learning, taking into account the quality of the methods and tools used, and to suggest means for conducting ongoing evaluation to monitor project satisfaction and efficacy.

The objectives: 

  • Introduce ways to collect and evaluate data about the effectiveness of hybrid learning
  • Provide suggestions on how to evaluate the effectiveness of technical tools and platforms.
  • Suggest measures to monitor and analyze learner engagement, performance and satisfaction.

Expected results:

By the end of the Module the adult educators will be able to:

  • It is expected that teachers acquire skills to gather relevant data on students’ performance in hybrid learning situations and evaluate the effectiveness of the methods used.
  • Teachers should be able to critically evaluate the technological tools and platforms used in hybrid learning, determining their effectiveness and suitability to enhance students’ learning experience.
  • Teachers must be able to establish measures and strategies to monitor and analyse students’ participation, academic performance, and level of satisfaction with the hybrid learning environment in order to identify areas for improvement and provide appropriate support.
