Results of WP4:
The first stage will be to create a clear distribution and communication strategy. It will be developed on a multi-level method to ensure that this WP is executed appropriately. Each partner will receive the right amount and type of activities/actions as a result of the stated actions. A strategy for exploitation will also be established. It will lay out the primary strategies, methodologies, and outputs that should be used and developed in order to maximize the potential of the sponsored project activities and ensure that the outcomes are used much beyond the project’s lifespan. It will incorporate national policies and databases that are adapted to the needs of different countries. Second, the project will be given a visual identity as well as promotional materials such as press releases, multimedia, flyers, posters, and newsletters. They will form the basis for an integrated approach to presenting project content with specific objectives at various levels using a variety of information and visual approaches. The next results of this WP will be TouriCulture social media networks and a website. The project’s goal, objectives, outcomes, partnership, and project updates will all be available on the website. The project will be able to reach the largest audience possible by regularly posting material on social media, allowing for the highest level of engagement and influence by the end of the project. At the end of the project, awareness-raising events will be organized in all partner countries, with Bulgaria hosting the Final Conference. They will communicate all of the project’s outcomes, as well as the activities carried out during the pilot sessions, and to give the partners a say in how the project is run. The Final Conference will be both a celebration of the work that has been done and an opportunity to engage with and reach a bigger audience. All of the partners will attend the conference in Bulgary. Additionally, project partners will hold frequent informational meetings with the target populations whenever possible
