WP 1 Project management

Managing TouriCulture project requires a structured approach that ensures smooth collaboration among partners and effective implementation of planned activities. The project started with an initial kick-off meeting, where all partners align on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities. This phase included administrative and financial planning, defining communication channels, and agreeing on reporting procedures.

Following the planning phase, the consortium focuses on implementing project activities. These include research and analysis, development of intellectual outputs such as training materials and digital tools, pilot testing, and stakeholder engagement. Each partner is responsible for specific tasks, ensuring that deliverables align with the project objectives and Erasmus+ guidelines. Regular partner meetings, both online and in-person, are essential for monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that the project stays on track. Additionally, dissemination activities play a crucial role in maximizing the project’s impact, involving social media promotion, workshops, conferences, and stakeholder networking.

Financial management is a continuous process, requiring tracking of expenses, preparation of financial reports, and compliance with Erasmus+ financial regulations. Mid-term and final reporting to the National Agency ensures transparency and accountability.

The final phase of the project focuses on evaluation and sustainability. Impact assessment, feedback collection, and recommendations for future initiatives contribute to the long-term success of the project. The dissemination of final results ensures that outputs reach the intended audience, creating a lasting impact beyond the project duration.
